Sujika Bali Term and Condition
Rates displayed are nightly rate, quoted in US dollar and it is subject to government tax and service charge. These tax and service amount are different from one to another villa based on each villa policy.
The rates are subject to change at anytime by the villa owner without prior notice, if this is happened, our reservation assistant will indicate the rate changes on the first response.
Each villa has different seasons which will be re-informed again when replying villa availabilities and rates.
These seasons will affect the minimum stay in each villa which will be also informed during the reservation process.
It is only allowed 2 people in each room. Children may allow to sleep with parents subject to approval from the villa owner and extra charge may incur. Only number of person stated in the booking contract may stay at the property as registered guests.
Registered guests can not exceed the number of guest provided at the time when the booking is made.
If there is any description on the villa page referring to maximum occupancy who can stay, an extra charge will be applied if its counted more than 2 people sleep in a room.
Inquiry is received, will be responded as a general request. Availabilities of villas are given based on the information that have been received from the respective villa owners.
This availability may change at anytime without prior notice as owners have a policy of “first come first serve basis”.
A tentative hold to a villa will be only placed based on guest’s request and will be informed in written by our reservation assistant to the guest once a confirmation of holding placed received from the villa owners.
This hold is placed for 48 hours and will be automatically released afterwards if there is no further feedback from guest. Should there be any potential inquiry received by the owner during the holding period – crossing to the period that has been tentatively held and the potential inquiry is ready to confirm the booking, owner will contact us to inform the guest for decision.
Check In / Check Out
Otherwise agreed by the property owner, check In time is 2 pm and check out time is 12.00 noon.
Late Check Out
Late check out fee until 6 pm is 50% from the rental rate. Check out after 6 pm will be charged at full daily rate.
Once the confirmation letter and invoice issued, a non refundable 50% deposit is requested within 48 hours commencing the contract and invoice issued date. The balance should be settled 60 days prior to arrival dates.
Last minute booking / requests should be paid in full. Payment can be done using wire transfer or credit card. Correspondence bank fee / credit card administration fee will be at guest’s cost, it will be informed during the confirmation process. Credit card payment will be processed using local currency (IDR) and it will be converted based on the daily prevailing exchange rate.
Change of Booking
Should you wish to change the dates of your confirmed booking, we will need it in written email so we can forward to the villa owner. This change can only be done, subject to availability and owner approval and a charge may incur for the change.
Booking made to a villa is totally different than a booking with a resort or a hotel. There is no refund on the payment that has been forwarded to the owner unless there is in advance agreement before the booking made between the owner and guest.
If any cancellation is happened, we will approach the respective owner to provide a credit for future stay in the same villa, separate term and condition might apply for this matter.
Functions or events
Any function or event to be done in the villa should be communicated upfront – during reservation process, to get approval from the respective owner. There will be separate term and condition for having such party in the villa such as venue charge, security deposit, local community support to get approval from the local banjar, extra staff or any other cost related to a function, all will be at guest’s cost. Failing informing this activity in advance will be affecting the function can not be done in the villa as the owner has a right to refuse this activity.
Any complaints occur during the stay should be informed to villa staff and to our company, it will allow us to find out the solution of the problem. We will discuss with the villa owner to find the best solution for this.
Culture events or attractions in the area where the villa is located– guest needs to understand that some stage there will be an event where it is unusual happening surrounding the villa, it might be a religious ceremonial, local activities, culture or nature. The villa staff will explain this to the guests during the stay if its happened surrounding the villa.
Damages, breakages or losses
Guest are fully responsible for looking after the property once they enter the villa, during the stay and leave the villa in a good condition as same as the first day the guest arrived.
Any damages, breakages or losses is happened will be at guest’s responsible and it has to be paid by the guest. If there is any excessive damage or mess – the villa owner reserves to take offer the villa from the guest.
Each guest must have comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including evacuation and repatriation coverage).
This insurance to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, including evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, theft, cancellation and other travel contingencies. Liability insurance is also required.
Sujika Bali shall not be responsible for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as civil disturbances, fires, floods, severe weather, or Acts of God. Also will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during guest trip or during your participation in any activities during guest visit.
